  • This class prepares food service establishments in their design, implementation, maintenance of their "recipe driven HACCP", and also, in the monitoring of the flow of food from purchasing to serving.

Food Service Manager Sanitation Class With Examination:

  • This class is through nationally recognized education foundations such as: Servsafe, Prometric or the National Registry of Food Professionals.
  • This is an "ideal" class for food handlers.

Food Service Manager Sanitation Class (no exam required):

  • This class gives individual companies a "larger pool of sanitation knowledge" in the majority of their employees.
